8:00 a.m. Little Red School House - Long run
We've got the shirts - be sure to stop by and pick yours up. If they are not claimed by 7/1 - they are up for grabs and a lot of new people are interested. They look very cool.
Don't forget next Wednesday no practice - team race on Thursday Short Run on a Long Day - in Frankfort 7 pm. Pool party by Chris afterwards - details & directions to follow. Everyone racing should wear their new singlet.

My dear skulls...I ran 8 today and felt like a runner...so happy! Hopefully I will see you soon. I am running the 5k in the city with Mia on Thursday so good luck to those running in the Short Run on a Long Day...Pleeeeaase hold my shirt...I will get out there soon!
