Is anyone interested in seeing this movie about the marathon "Spirit of the Marathon" on Thursday Night Jan 24th. It's a one night screening and Schererville Indiana is probably the closest theater. I'm in for sure. If you are order your ticket and we'll do a road trip. Post to the blog if you're in.

Oh come all ye faithful

Join us at 9:00 a.m on Monday Christmas Eve morning for our final run of the season. We'll be at 40 Acre Woods. On 119th, 1 block east of LaGrange.

We'll do a 6 mile run then indulge in some Christmas Cheer. Don't atttend empty handed. It looks like we're covered with drinks but we could use some post run snacks.

Saturday December 22nd

Welcome in the Winter Solstice with a run through the woods like our pagan brethen did hundreds of years before us. Dress in a way that honors your favorite mythological creature.

Meet at Little Red Schoolhouse at 8:30. It might be a little sloppy out there but who cares.....

Is anyone doing the Christmas Eve Morning run at 9:00 a.m? Please answer on the blog. We need at least 6 for Jim Raymond to break out his fine china so step up.

Practice Saturday December 8th

Meet at 40 Acre Woods - 119th 1 block east of LaGrange at 8:30 we'll try to do some dashing through the snow.

Everyone is invited.

Practice Wed Dec 5

Meet at Human Race Sports at 6:15.

Plan for next seven weeks -
We'll keep running together Wednesdays and Saturdays until 12/22.
We'll do our holiday favorite Christmas Eve Morning Run then we'll shut it down until
Saturday Jan 19th. This little break seemed to work well last year. It gave everyone a chance to recharge their batteries and come back strong for a new year. Remember absence makes a heart grow fonder.
