New Meeting Place

Let's meet at the Loebe Recreation Center(Orland Park Rec Center) on 14650 South Ravina in Orland Park. If you don't know where this is call 708-403-PARK. We'll meet in the front foyer right off of the parking lot.

The run will start at 6:15.

Everyone knows that Mike can find his way around the forest preserves but can he find his way around the streets of Palos? Find out for yourself on Saturday.

Meet at 40 Acres, 1 block EAST of LaGrange on 119th st. If that grove is closed just drive across LaGrange and park in the lot on the west side of the street.

Meeting time is 8:30.

We can hit the streets and a little bit of the bike trails for a total body workout.

Last night we had people in our back room and this cannot happen again.You know you are more than welcome to use the store as a meeting place as well as our dressing rooms as a place to change, however we ask that you respect our requests.

After trying several venues I was unable to find us an indoor track for tomorrow morning. Several runners said they don't plan to run so lets do this.

If you want to run - meet at Lincoln-Way East High School on LaGrange Road a few blocks north of Route 30. Meet in the main foyer area. Meet at 9:00 am. If you plan on running respond to the blog and let other know you will be there(sign your name). Lets set a deadline of 7:00 p.m tonight and 6 runners. If we don't get that many runners signed up by that time - practice is cancelled and we'll reconvene Wednesday night at the Human race at 6:15.
