Is anyone doing Ridge Run, Elgin 10 miler, Tower Trot or any other races this weekend?
Let me know and I'll publish it on the blog so you can meet up with your teammates.

Many of you are in great shape - if you haven't already, test your fitness in a race.

The added speedwork will sharpen us up even more as we head towards our Spring peak.

Here are some great race results from the past few weeks - a few more strides at the end of practice might help move all these 2nds into 1sts!

Saturday Practice 5/14 and Note

Meet at 40 Acre Woods which is located just East of 119th and LaGrange at 9:00.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: When the team warm-up jackets come in, they will go to the silk screener. We will have the Tinley Track & Trail logo put on the back. Below that will be the skull logo that we have used on the back of team singlets in years past. The skull has become our trademark over the years, and symbolizes toughness, determination, and the desire to persevere through adverse conditions. If this offends anyone, or for any reason you do NOT want this on your warm-up jacket, please e-mail me or Rich by Tuesday, and we will ensure that it is excluded.
