This coming Saturday (May 21st) we will meet at Little Red Schoolhouse. The run starts promptly at 9:00. We will do the 4 mile tempo run plus a little additional speedwork.
The added speedwork will sharpen us up even more as we head towards our Spring peak.

I know a few new people have joined the team - however I misplaced some of their e-mails - if you know who they are send me an e-mail and I will add them to the list.
