We will be meeting at Lincolnway East High School for the Tuesday night run. Lincolnway is S. LaGrange on the East side of the street...we will meet in the lobby
of the indoor track @ 6 pm. Please dress accordingly...we will be running outside.
The run will be a 5 mile run in the neighborhood and we will follow the run with some plyo's.

In an odd twist, LincolnWay West is on the East side of the street. LincolnWay Central is on the North side of the street. LincolnWay North is on the West side of the street. And Sarah annoys easily.
