Time to Trust the Training

Marathoners You ARE Ready - the work has been put in - it's time to reap the dividends.

Carb Up, Hydrate Up, Follow Your Race Plan and remember by running smart- skulls don't get passed they do the passing. Enjoy the crowds and savor the moment. Good luck.

Everyone else - Let's meet at Little Red Schoolhouse on Saturday for a long run. 8:00a.m.

Rumor has it a pub crawl is scheduled for 11/7.

RICH: I've never done a sat morn run with you all, but would like to join ya.....define long run??? How far do you normally go and about what pace???
