Monday run: 4/30

Congrats to Kim S. and Craig for running 3:26 at Champaign IL this weekend....that time qualified Kim for Boston!!!!

We will be meeting at Centennial Park for a 6 mile run at 6:30 pm...please park in the parking lot of the pool.

Please post if you are meeting....I will not be there tonight.

About the Team

Tinley Track & Trail is a group of runners that run together in order to get faster and improve their race times.

Our group which consists of over 30 members meets twice weekly - Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to do organized, coached workouts. You are welcome to come as little or as often as you like.

We participate in races from 5K up to the marathon. Many of our members also run triathlons, ultramarathons and adventure races. There is a minimal annual membership fee which includes a team shirt or singlet.
