Monday night run will be at Old Plank Trail...please meet at 6:30 pm in the parking lot of Always Open on White Street.
We will be running 8 miles with some plyo's after.

I will be there. Carl and I and possibly a few others are going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Frankfort after practice to watch the NCAA Championship game if interested.

I believe "Always Open" is a convenient type local store, similar to a 7 Eleven located in historic downtown Frankfort.

Typically coming from the North, you take Rt 45(South), make a left(East) on Nebraska, make a left(North) on White street for about 1 1/2 blocks to intersection of White and Elwood which is location of Always Open.
