Wow what gr8 running weather weekend we had...hopeful thinking for Chi marathon.
We will be @ Swallow Cliff tomorrow night @ out usual 6 pm time...
6-8 miles for the 5k-10kers
10-12 miles for the marathoners...followed by plyo's

We meet @ Swallow Cliff..N LaGrange past 123rd(Hackney's Restaurante is @ corner of 123rd). The enterance to Swallow Cliff is on the West side of the street about 1/4 of a mile from 123rd St. We park in the far lot...my name is Sarah and I will be there in pig-tails:)
