Congrats to anyone who ran this weekend...it was a HOT one!!
We will be running at our usual Swallow Cliff spot tomorrow night @ 6 pm. The run will be 6-8 miles...followed by our plyometric work.
What sets us apart from other running clubs? Well its not just a club we get together and run with...but its friendships that build out of it. Its not all just about running..its great to have get togethers and enjoy one anothers company too:)
This coming Sunday Carlos V. is having a get together team bbq at his house. He would love to have everyone come and you can bring guest/family. Please rsvp on the blog with the number of people attending and if you would like to bring something too...so there is no duplications.
Carlos is planning on serving skirt steak, mexican rice, corn and of course drinks...yummy!!
There is also a swimming pool...so you know the drill...towel, swim gear...etc
Carlos address: 8118 Stonegate Drive w/in the Brookside Glen Subdivision in Tinley Pk. The nearest major intersection are 191st and 80th Ave. Take 80th Ave S and turn right when you arrive at the 3rd st, which is Stonegate.
