Saturday meet at Little Red School House 9700 s. 104th Ave. at 8:30. We'll warm-up do the famous 4 mile tempo run and then run the two miles back in. Short and effective 9 miles total.

Don't question the math of the Skullmaster. He's edited dozens of High school and College Algebra, Trig and Calc text books.
