We'll meet at Little Red School House -9700 South 104th ave at 8:30. We will do a long run 11-12 miles with some fartlek thrown in to make it interesting. A shorter option is available.

Team dues this year are $25 this year - for that you get two shirts and unlimited mitochondrial adaptions. Please pay me before - May 6th.
