Meet at Tinley Park High School . Depart for Vogt Woods at 6:30. We'll be doing 1.5 mile tempo repeats - 4 for group 1 and 3 for group 2. If you're crunched for time or want a shorter warm-up meet at Vogt Woods - 171st about 2 blocks east of Oak Park Ave. Check you McMillan pace chart for proper pacing. I will meet you guys at Vogt Woods - at 6:45.
