Wednesday Practice

Meet at Tinley Park High School Track. Be warmed up and ready to run by 6:45.
We're entering the heart of the Spring/Summer Racing Season - if you want to drop your race times down please join us for a few workouts on the track. You WILL get faster.

Nice turn-out at the pub crawl we had 12 crawlers at our peak. It was a lot of fun and an unique experience. We'll probably have another one later this summer.

Hello to all of my long lost skulls! First of all I'm so sorry I missed the Spring bar crawl.I'm just writing to give all of you an update. Unfortunately,I seem to be experienceing a streak of bad luck. Last saturday I had an incident w/my fat dog and fell and broke by collarbone. Let me tell you its not fun! Prior to that I was trying to get back running, but now I'm back to doing nothing! :( I miss all of you so much and am so upset that I'm missing some prime summer races. But it could be worse I guess. I shall return to practice one day...if I ever get healed and stop breaking myself. Please don't take asway my skullness!!! Take care and good luck at all upcoming races you may be running!

Darcy - You might need to drink some more milk to increase your calcium level.

The Skullmaster

Take care and we'll see you soon. You might want to take up snowboarding and skydiving. It might be safer.

Not to worry. Good news.
We are looking into a skull wheel chair or stretcher so that you may join us on the Summer Crawl.

You need more calcium and vitamin D, and for gosh sakes......watch were you are walking.

Remember, you can't get THERE, until you first pass NEAR.

What is a fat dog? Is that some sort of 20 something electronics?

Bad luck. I had one of those broken collarbones. If you had a full break they probably have you in one of those chicken wing braces. It doesn't allow you to drop your arms without cutting your circulation off. If you run or try to ride a bicycle with it, it will make your arms numb and cause them to swell. Oh and God forbid you have to put the thing on yourself. If your wearing one I'm sure you know. And after 8 weeks of that it will still hurt. Anyway try to relax and get better. Above all stay out of trouble.
