Hi everyone... I did the "coolest" race this past weekend, The Great Midwest Relay. I highly recommend it. It was one of the best experiences. 116 teams from all over.

I did not see you on the GMR course, or at any T.A., but then again it is 190 miles. What is the name of your team? I ran with Fossil Velocity. Twelve, (10m/2w) lean, mean, prime 50 plus agers.

Nice to hear about the big turnout last week. Let's keep it going. Where is Carrie?

Jim... I did not know you were doing the GMR. We had a noon start time on Friday. I ran with 6 other runners and all the rest were kinda first time runners.
