Meet tomorrow at Little Red School House (9700 S. 104th Ave.) at 8 am. We'll do a long run with a tempo mixed in. If any Group 2ers will be there throw down a post.
It's great to see everyone get stronger on Wednesday nights. Keep up the hard work, racing season is right around the corner.

We have three Group 2ers coming tomorrow too! Kim, Michelle, and Dan will also be there at 8 to do a long run.
I'm from group 3 and i'll be doing about 21 miles if anyone cares to join!
