The status of tomorrow's practice will depend on whether LW East High School shuts down.
If the school is closed - there will be no practice.
If it doesn't close - we may try to get something together depending on the conditions.
Check back tomorrow afternoon for final details.
If you plan to run on your own - treadmill or outside do a 3 mile tempo run. Do your hip strengthening drills too.
We'll be back at it Saturday - location to be announced
