A skull would run the 2300mi not drive! Welcome back J.S.

Yes it does sound like J.S. has grown soft and complacent from all that California sun.

I have an Ipod with a pink arm band that someone left behind at the track last night. I will bring it with me next week.

People who post negative comments anonymously are cowards. Come run with us once in awhile if you check the blog so often.

Hi guys!
I've missed runnign and training with you all. Now that my work schedule is clearing up and Aly's track season is over, I hope to starting attending Wednesday practices again. I'm nursing an injury from the Palos 1/2 but I hope to be back in another week or so. Run Well

I thought the man in belted black running capris might claim the pink arm band but his sense of style appears to include only black apparel.

After having missed oh so many team workouts, it was good to be in the presence of so many old friends and meet some new ones too.
Even J.S. looked in his element scampering swiftly around the track.
Having said that, there was one particular disturbing thing.

It looks like this new dress code sported by our leader could be a signifigant deterent to team camaraderie and image. Consequently, I am left with only one thought...... I need to accelerate my recovery, and return quickly, to restore the ORDER.
