Mike and Joe, it would be great to have you jackals out with us again. You should jump back on this crazy train now that we've got great running weather... okay, now I sound like Dave. But let me extend this invitation to anyone out there reading the blog: Now is the time to start if you haven't yet. We're getting a lot of new people out and we're all just rounding into shape. So make it easier on yourself and get to practice. The work will take care of itself once you're there.

ashley we'll be doing our workout right by the fitness center tonight. Jump in for a few hills. We'll be in the new commuter parking lot on the other side of the tracks.
I felt bad about Darcy accident and not able to run with ttt or at all. I took off to. So she can still out run someone... When she comes back! But Iam sure Darcy will be up with the lead pack!!
