We will be running from the New Balance store this week....we will meet at 6:30 pm and do 6 miles through the neighborhood.
Again wear reflective gear...see ya then :)

Finally no rain! With Winter starting this week lets remember which you'd rather run in...rain, snow, or a hot Summer 100 deg day? Which seems better? I vote for the 100+ day for any day that ends with a "y". Although running in colder temps is technically "better"... :)

I dont think Im going to make this run. My ankle is swollen from last night. Going to just ice it and rest it for Sunday.
