Nice turnout last night despite the weather.
Saturday - Meet at Waterfall Glen (Trailhead) at 8am for a long run with some tempo thrown in.
The Easter Skull has been known to make an appearance at this run - so keep your eyes open.

Dan, we'll be running 9.5 of the 10 miles of it. Although not in the exact order of the race.
