Wednesday Practice 7/8/9
Meet at the Bettenhausen Rec Center in Tinley Park, 171st & 80th ave. It on the SW corner of the intersection. Meet in the parking lot. At 6:35 we'll warm-up to Centenial Park then do some Cruise Intervals. Marathoners be prepared to do a little more. Ted wants more hills so we'll grant his request.
