Lt. John will be back in town with the family 7/21/09 -7/25/09, inclusive. Come out to welcome him back, and listen to his unique tales from the "Darkside of Running." His current plans include the Wednesday workout with the team, and the Extreme Waterfall 10 mile race. Big ambitions for someone who runs long and slow.
