Wednesday Practice - In Mokena.
Take LaGrange Road to LaPorte Road (LaPorte is about 1 mile south of 191st.) Turn right and head west about 1 mile to Hickory Creek Preserve. Turn left into the parking lot we'll meet there for a warm-up then a tempo run and some hills. We'll start right at 6:40 so try to be on time.
During the next few Wednsdays we'll be incorporating more hills into the workouts to build our strength.

Welcome Long Green Line movie fans! The film is ready and coming home to Elmhurst, Illinois.
The Long Green Line will be having a Red Carpet Premiere in Elmhurst on August 14th. This invitation only event will be kicking off the theatrical run at the York Theater –- starting August 16.

Tickets are on sale now through the York Theater box office for the opening public screenings at the York Theater.
Currently, there are three matinees scheduled. Two following the premiere – on August 16th and 17th at 4:30 pm, and an additional screening on August 30 (following the York Cross Country Alumni meet) at 4:30 pm.
More screenings will be added as the demand increases, so please order your tickets ahead of time.
