We are not going to have an official Saturday practice due to the number of people racing on Sunday at the Palos Band on the Run - if you haven't signed up for that race yet I would encourage it - it will be a good time to run with the rest of your teammates .
At the race we are also going to try and recruit some more members to the team. If you are interested in helping, try to find me and Carl immediately after the race and we'll get you some cards to pass out. Also try to wear some Tinley Track & Trail gear if you have it.
A training suggestion for those not racing on Sunday - do a tempo run 3.5-4.0 miles on Saturday.
Hope to see you Sunday.....

What you are ONLY racing ONCE this weekend!
Oh my pitiful Skull Brothers and Sisters. What have yea become? I remember the day.............
For example a good weekend of running should include a 200 mile overnight relay from say, Madison, Wi. to Chicago. (Montrose harbor)
You should race a minimum of three legs, try to pick up an extra or two totaling roughly b/t 18 to 20 miles. Oh did I forget to say this is a continuous, limited sleep, overnight excursion. Then race the Band on Sunday!
Look out youngsters, here come yur Mommas and Papas!

Hi I was on of the people approached with your blog address. I would love to run long runs on Saturday. Will they be posted every week on this same website?
Hi Maggie, nice run today! You can generally count on practices for Saturdays and Wednesdays to be posted about 2 days in advance. See you soon.
