Ye Fleet of Foot,
Practice will be at Little Red School House at 8:30. I may not be there but I would do a steady 7-8 mile run. Not tempo but a good steady pace. Followed by one (very fast) 1200 on White Oak trail.
If you would like to move subsequent practices up to 8:00 for the next 7 weeks of summer drop me a line. Majority rules - but you have to show up regularly to vote.
