Short Run On a Long Day

No practice on Wednesday - much of the team will be running the Short Run On A Long Day in Frankfort on Thursday. Afterwards Mike Sommer will be having a party at his house which is a few blocks from the race. We will provide directions to those attending. He has a pool and hot tub so bring your swim suits.
