Saturday Practice 8/3

Waterfall Glen 7am.   Meet at the Trailhead on Cass Ave. 2 blocks south of I-55.  I will put a gallon of water & cups at the ranger station.  If anyone else is feeling ambitious drop some off  - there are a couple of access points along Lemont Road.  Good chance to get some marathon miles in.Add on and make it a long run day.
