First outdoor practice of the year!
Meet at LW East H.S. by the main field house entrance - we'll do a warm-up then a mess of fun hills.
Wear light colored clothes and if you have a headlamp bring it - we'll finish up in the dark.
We'll depart for the warm-up promptly at 6:30.

Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone is interested.
There is a race event very similar to the cross country challenge, but this event also has a relay option. I heard about this from people I work with.
Ill be going down to southern Indiana in May for the Gnaw Bone for the relay. There are other events in MI and WI in July and Sept. Entry fees seem to be very reasonable too.

Just a reminder: The Chicago Police Run to Remember is May 5,2012. Benefits go to the families of fallen officers. No baby sitter? No problem. They have play area for children while you run. Kids fun run right after 5k. Last year was free parking in the Soldier south lot. Stay after to enjoy the Planetarium, Shedd, etc.
