Squeezing out the last bit of speed

That's the goal in the next few weeks - whether you're doing the Red Eye, Hot Chocolate, Tinley Turkey Trot or others we'll see if we can shave a few more seconds per minute off your time.

Wednesday meet at Tinley Park HS Track. Be warmed up and ready to go by 6:45.
We'll be doing 400's and a mile.

Dress warm it's gonna be chilly.

We also need to pick a day for the pub crawl.

I vote for Friday the 4th. That is, if fat slow mopes who don't show up for practice are entitled to vote.

I will be there rain or shine. Since there doesn't seem to be any good date for the crawl, I vote that we have two - hahaha.

Feel better Kim! I heard your ankle was hurting. I'm up for two crawls if it means I can come to one. Craig and I were talking about how we like day drinking. haha.

Day drinking is definately the way to go - hahaha. Then can still get to bed at a reasonable time and up for your race the next day.

Looks like some awesome running weather for tonight - haha. High school?
