WFG was good in the beginning and bad at the end for me. Obviously it poured like hell and make for an interesting water crossing at one point.

I didnt get a metal but I got these on both ankles sides of both my ankles thanks to the rocks from the trail.

Heavily concidered finishing the last mile barefoot

My posted time was 1:30 but my moving time was 1:26 according to my stop watch.

Not sure what you plan on doing at 40 acres on saturday, but there is a 10k trail race at swallow cliff that morning which might make the yellow trail interesting for you guys. Just FYI

The only reason I know is cause Im running in it.

WFG was good but pretty wet and hilly of course! My time was 1:22 not too happy with it I would have liked it to be under 1:20! I will for sure be at speed wed

WFG was very tough since it was so humid. And, as Dan alluded to, we had to cross a stinking river, which costs everyone time. Nonetheless, even with the crappy humidity and the water, its still a fun race.

Craig Carlson 1:21
Don Melody 1:26
John Ekdale 1:30

Waterfall Glen was managed well. Running in the heat and on hills prepared me for the race. Placed third in age group with a 1:06:51. Will not be able to make practice today or Saturday. Will try for next week.

Great job to all you folks who ran WFG! It was so humid Saturday, how could you tell the difference between the air, the rain, and the creek?

Fellow skulls,

The run went well. Training in the hot weather and hills benefitted me during the race. Placed third in age group with a 1:06:51. I will not be able to make practice this week but will try for next Wednesday.
