no triathlon, but Kim and Michelle biked across Indiana. 163 miles in one day. Official results haven't been posted. With stops, Kim finished right about 12 hours, Michelle finished just a few minutes later. Moving time was just around 9.5 hours. Awesome ride--everyone with a road or tri bike should do this next year!
I did my first Half Ironman at Racine, finished with a time of 5:51:24. I did not do as well as I could have done on the run, but happy to have finished nonetheless. Next one for me is in 1 month, Steelhead Half Ironman in Benton Harbor. Time to redeem myself and use the things I learned from Racine.
Impressive results for everyone. Weather conditions were pretty tough this weekend; I heard the heat index in Racine was over 100. So, don't worry too much about the time. Steve
Don and John did the Door County Half Ironman this part weekend. Brutally hot, humid, and hilly. Nonetheless, both finished and improved upon their times from the prior year. Don finished in 06:32:21 and John 07:21:28. Impressive just to finish.
Craig did just the run portion of the race and did his worst half marathon run ever at 01:58:17.

I took 2nd in the Clydesdale 40+ division at the Lake Evergreen International Triathlon.
The trophy was actually a cowbell. So my Bling was more like Clang.

That was kind of mean towards Craig. To post that he did his WORST time ever! That was very mean spirited.

I'm afraid to guess you posted the Nick Gilder reference.
I'll bet 5 bucks it was Dan who said he was dressing up like Nick Gilder.
Negative. Nick Gilder was before my time.
