Meet at Tinley Park High School. At 6:30 we'll head towards Yankee Woods for a tempo run. If you want a shorter warm-up (1 mile) meet at Vogt Woods (171st 2 blocks east of Oak Park) we'll pass by there at around 6:40.
Some stellar performances in today's Metlife Duathlon. A special congrats goes out to Kim and Andrea for winning the Female relay.
Gerry Castro just missed the podium in his age group.
