The first headlamp run was pretty cool. We were only chased by one ghost. We'll be back at it 12/1. We'll head to Lake Katherine.
No official practice Saturday - if you want to run with someone post on the blog and see if you can form a run connection.
Wednesday - no practice - instead run a Turkey Trot on Thursday.
Saturday 11/27 we'll have a run. Details will be posted.

Anyone got anything in mind? Something early (starting to run no later than 8am) and medium distance? I just did my long run today which was a little over 15 miles and really just want to do something rather "short and sweet" so to speak. I'll be checking back here repeatedly this evening to see if anyone is interested. You can also email me: traintrax@mail.com
