No practice Saturday.
Good luck to all you marathoners you did the work now it's time to reap the rewards.
Marathoners - post your bib numbers so we can track your progress.
Tip #1 DO NOT overdress - it's going to be warmish by 10:00. Wear an old t-shirt you can throwaway at the start and some cheap gloves you can also ditch. It's a tank top day.
Any of you experienced TT&T marathoners post your favorite tip to help out your team mates.

Since I have not been present for several weeks now (I have not been happy about that and don't plan on it being permenant) I'd like to say GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!
Pace smart. Run with no fear. Finish with no regrets. And kick some ass!

The Marathon is a Beast waiting to Feast. Lock in your pace; hydrate early and often;focus on leg turn over, especially on the last 4 miles and enjoy the moment!
I shall be at the mile 5 water station (lincoln park east side of street)with Brian Norrick. We will later be between 24 and 25 miles. We look forward to welcoming you home.

Watch for Steve, Chris and I around mile 17, 20 and 23.
Drink and pour a lot of water on your head to keep cool. Keep it out of your shoes!
You have trained in the heat - you will be okay. Those that trained on the treadmill in a 74 degree health club?????? Yikes.
Good Luck to everyone!!!
