6:00 Swallow Cliff Woods South. Entrance is 119th & LaGrange (west-side) Drive all the way into to the farthest west parking lot. There will be a 6-1/2 and 8 mile option.
Wednesday will be at Centential Pool in Orland Park - 6:30. Next week we move to Tinley Park track.
