Saturday Morning - Just Building the Base

Meet in the parking at the bottom of the tobaggon slides on Rte 83- 2blocks west of LaGrange.

We'll start the run at 8:15. We will cut through the woods then head over to Palos Park and do the turkey trot course - Total Mileage 10-12 miles with options to go longer or shorter.

We invite all those running Boston to join us.

Rich, is the yoga class on the 30th also appropriate for non-runners? Or will it be specifically personalized for runners? Would a non-runner feel out of place?

I think it would be fine - I just assume they'll gear the class towards tight hamstring runners.

This run tommorrow..."through the woods" is that on the muddy paths??

No we jump over the mud and ski thru the snow. Maybe you should stay inside, where it is safe.
