Everyone who's running Saturday do an extra mile for Steve & Kirk who are doing the Tecumesh Trail Marathon. Send them down some aerobic vibes......
Another item for your Christmas lists:
Runner Headlamp - we're going too be doing a few night time runs this winter and the headlamps will help lead the way.

And good luck to Rick in the Cross Country Challenge.

I'm out of commission for the next week- had a cortisone shot today.
Crossing my fingers.

I can remember a time when wearing a headlamp was inapporpriate, even unSkullish.
I'll take a couple of those cortisone shots......one in each knee. Hoping Santa brings me a Rascal. To be on the safe side, I better request a sidecar for passenger Rich.

Kirk & Steve successfully tackled the Tecumesh Trail Marathon - more details to follow.
Good luck with the cortizone Rich. Rest up, don't mess with the achilles theres not much blood flow there.

Survived another Cross Country Challenge. It was lots of fun if you like lots of calf deep mud that smells awful, short steep hills. Mid thigh high water and very rough ground. Unfortunately my chip did not survive it got creased in the wrong spot as I was taping my shoes on. I ran the 5 miles in about 43.5 minutes which is good considering the course. My Tinley jacket (with Skully) was noticed though. After the race this woman kept teasing me about being the Skullmaster. I told her that at my speed I was just a follower, literally.

Nice run Rick M. or should I say Dad?
Son of Skullmaster
Rick,
You should have disciplined that women in the barn as a good skull would have done.........if your body wasn't frozen as in past years. During the run, did you see Jesus? What was the biggest "chick" magnet, the skull jacket or your suit?

Has to be the shirt and tie, "cause every girl crazy bout a sharp dressed man". ZZ

Of course I was younger back in the shirt and tie days and that always helps too.
