Wednesday Practice

Meet at the Human Race -we'll depart at 6:30. We'll be doing a run - it will be out & back so they'll be an option to do 4, 6 or 8 miles.

Do you want to start these runs at 6:15 or 6:30?

About the Team

Tinley Track & Trail is a group of runners that run together in order to get faster and improve their race times.

Our group which consists of over 30 members meets twice weekly - Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to do organized, coached workouts. You are welcome to come as little or as often as you like.

We participate in races from 5K up to the marathon. Many of our members also run triathlons, ultramarathons and adventure races. There is a minimal annual membership fee which includes a team shirt or singlet.
