Hey everyone hope you all had a great Halloween!!
We will be meeting again at the Lincolnway East High School...please meet in the entrance of the indoor track @ 6 pm. We will be running outdoor so please dress accourdingly. The run will be a 40-45 min run through the neighborhood...followed by plyo's.
In addition, our buddies Dave Eaton and Carl Newman B-day is right around the corner. Carl's girl Christie is having a PARTY at her place on Saturday Nov 21 st @ 8:00 pm and would love for everyone to attend. Rich's runs are more interesting but Sarah is better looking.
