This Wednesday meet at my house in Orland Park (9800 Avenida Del Norte St) just West of 151st and LaGrange. We'll do a workout in the streets/park area followed by food and drink on the backyard patio. Let's meet between 6:15-6:30 and depart for the warm up and workout at 6:30. Last year we had a good turnout of almost 25 people, lets see if we can exceed that this year. We welcome new runners who haven't been out with us yet. The Skullmaster has given his word to Rich and I that he'll back off a little on the workout while making sure we still get what we need for the fall racing season.
Misc. Details:- Feel free to bring a side dish, and if possible post what you're bringing on the blog so others don't bring the same thing.
- Park only on the North side of the street.
- Consider a change of clothing for afterwards, possibly bug spray
- Significant others are welcome to meet up after the run - figure around 8:00

Sounds fun, I'll bring red pepper hommus and pita chips!
Does Goose Island Honker's Ale count as a "side dish"? If so, count me in. If not, let me know and I'll bring the Ale and something to eat.
Steve
PS: JR and I both took 2nd AG at the XTerra 12K this morning.
Congrats Steve and Jim! Beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) count as a side. - Carl
Daarcy...you are my hero!! Tough little runner...nice work this morning in the Distance Classic!
Carrie
Darcie, who?
139.05, nice. We should all break a leg.
Steve qualified to run in the Xterra National Trail race in September.
Can someone bring me a Skull shirt to wear on the run up the Pikes mountain.
I shall be making a rare appearance in Illinois on Wednesday. Can not miss a party run.
Rich has been emailing training reports about altitude running in Colorado. Now that's a coach.
Takes a vacation, but still finds time to fulfill his coaching
dutires.
Jessica Bliss gave birth to a baby girl, Alora Rose. The new Miss Bliss and mom are doing fine. Husband Matt is training again, and Jessie should be working out soon.
Word on the street is proud Grandad Bill Meece has been burning the midnight oil preparing the baby's training schedule, for the 2024 Olympics.
Carrie's husband is now pitching for the good guys, the Gary Railcats. Way to go Brian. And what is this I hear way over here about the Stork? Running daughter, why am I the last to know.
That is all.
JR
YEah Dracy, nice job. Heck, if Darsy can run that fast with her early season injuries, the rest of us should be faster than we are since we didn't break anything.
I'll be back on Wednesday after 7 days at 8700 to 10,000 feet. I suspect I'll PR by at least 1 minute in my next race. This place is amazing - Sommers and some of you other guys would weep with joy with all of the endurance sport options.
Let's look at building a TT&T Summer Training Camp - JR keep selling those Jaguars and maybe we'll be set by 2011.
Rich
