Let's Meet at Tinley Park High School parking lot (175th two blocks east of Ridgeland) at 8:30 a.m. We'll do an hour or so run on the roads with a little bike trail thrown in to keep it interesting.
Get your run in tomorrow because Sunday ain't looking too pretty.
Practice on Tuesday 2/12 will be on the L-W track more details to follow.

I am out and due to work will be for a month or so... If anyone is looking for extra miles, I have been hitting the trails on Sunday Am's at around 8. Usually 40 acres or waterfall. if interested let me know..

Well Team. I have horrible news. Saturday Morning before practice I slipped and fell on the ice and broke my ankle in two places. I'm going to get a cast sometime tommorow and won't be able to run for at least 6-8 weeks. I'm sooo pissed. That means no Boston for me this year :( My life really is equivalent to Murphy's Law! Have fun these upcoming months, I'll miss you guys. I'll keep in touch as I'm already counting the days until I can exercise again.
