Practice Tuesday Feb 5th
Meet at Lincoln-Way East High School - LaGrange Road & Colorado Ave in Frankfort. We'll meet in the lobby of the fieldhouse at 6:30. As we've done the last two weeks - we'll warm-up outside then hit the track for the tempo portion of the run. If you can't make it by 6:30 - we'll be back on the track around 7:00.

The weather is supposed to be crappy again tonight. Does everyone still plan on heading out to Lincoln-way? I'm in....I just want to make sure I don't drive all the way there for nothing.
