Practice Tuesday Feb 12th

There is a track meet at L-W indoor track on Tuesday so we're on the roads. Meet at Human Race Sports (152nd & LaGrange) at 6:30 and we'll hit the roads. We'll be back on the track next Tuesday.

Good luck to John Spannuth who I think is heading to Iraq very soon.

In case you didn't see the last blog Darcy broke her ankle Saturday morning on the way to practice so she's out for the next 8 weeks.

Darcy, that's not so bad, the other ankle is fine. You are a veteran Skull now, so suck it up and get out and run.

Darcy, Keep your head up. Heal fast.Setbacks are to be expected; Paula Radcliffe had a great comeback. She had a inflamed leg tendon. At the 2004 Olympic and drops out at mile 22. She came back in 10 weeks and won the ING New York City Marathon. she has gone on to win london ,World Championships, and New York Marathon one more time. Deena Kastor had a great comeback. X-train in anyway that you can.. your core, spin bike,.... You will comeback... Be Patient and Persistent!!!!!!!
