We'll meet at 6:30 - at L-W East High school on LaGrange Road and Colorado Ave in Frankfort. Meet in the fieldhouse lobby. We'll warm-up on the streets then we'll hit the track for some tempo-paced speedwork.

I would like to try running with the running club again this year. Tuesday workout seems to work with my schedule. I would like to join you guys tomorrow, but I realize you guys are running inside at Lincoln Way East indoor track and there way not be enough space for me. Please let me know if you have space and if not I will just start coming on the Tuesdays you guys run outside.
