Wednesday Practice

Wednesday Practice. Marathoners - you will be doing 3 miles on the track at race pace.  It's a quick & easy workout but it's a good time to make your race day plans with your teammates so come on out. Plus you'll get some good tips.  5Kers we will be doing 500s

Be warmed up by 6:40 at Tinley Park H.S.
