First of all, Congratulations to all the skulls who participated in the Chicago marathon...you all ran great. I really enjoyed coming out to watch all of you this year!!
We will be running tomorrow night as usual...so anyone who did not run yesterday that wants to come out for a 6 mile run.
Lets meet at Centennial at 6:30 pm...park int the pool lot.

I wont run, maybe only 1 to 2 miles real slow to break up some lactic acid, but I'll be there.
