Saturday Practice. Let's meet at Yankee Woods at 7:00 am. Meet in the YW parking lot about 163rd & Central. Can someone drop some water off somewhere along the trail heading North. It's gonna be hot again.

CARA has started their marathon training program out of Yankee Woods. So, get there early because you may have to fight someone for a parking spot (or park on the street somewhere). Me, I'm running from home. Steve

Suz and I will drop off a few bottles at 135 on the north side going north on the trail past the parking lot there.
