Meet at Tinley track for the last time for a couple months. Be warmed up and ready to go by 6:45. We'll be doing 400's with decreasing rest.
Next Wednesday we'll be in Mokena for the Sombrero Summer Classic Track Meet at 7 p.m.

400m
800m
1 mile
2 mile
4 x 800 relay
Distance Medley Relay
Cost for Tinley Track & Trail members is $2/event.
There will be awards and they will be age-graded.
Invite anyone to join us.

Rich Matula crossed the boarder to race in the Munster Rotary 5k.
On a very hot and humid morning he finished in 19:27, taking the Masters Award back to Illinois.
Brian Norrick competed in the Madison-Chicago 200 Relay with Fossil Velocity. The team finished 8th of 117 teams,24:36:20; once again winning the Grandmaster Team Award.
Last time for a couple months?! Does that mean no speed workout until we return or has just the day and/or location changed???
No we'll have workouts on Wednesday nights - we'll just be off the track for a while. Instead we'll be doing tempo runs & hills. I'll explain tonight
